| Jazz Etc. | Teale Burford teale.burford@mcsdonline.org | Jazz, Etc. is a jazz choir directed by Mrs. Burford that sings traditional and contemporary jazz repertoire. We compete at the Iowa High School Music Association’s State Jazz Choir Festival each year (save 2020-2021) as well as any local competitions, community events like the Holiday Stroll, the MHS Choral Boosters’ Dessert Concert, the Interact Talent Show, Singing Valentines, and any gigs we get calls for! Jazz, Etc. catch phrase: “Jazz is happening.” Jazz, Etc. mascot: a dinosaur-shaped tea infuser Monday / Friday 3:45 – 5:00 |
